Head of the "Obraz" Theatre and Psychology School, public figure.
For 15 years, she worked at the Pushkin Kursk State Drama Theatre, heading the literary department and serving as assistant to the artistic director.
She conceived and implemented numerous cultural projects, including "Art Encounters," the regional theatre festival "Avanscena" (The Front of the Stage), the "Art Bus" tour across three cities, "Theatre Tea Party," "Theatre Under the Stars," and others.
